• Enquiry form: your name, contact number and event date. These are used only to prepare a menu and quote for your function.
• Calls and WhatsApp messages: the details you choose to share with us, used only to respond to your enquiry and deliver our catering service.

This website does not store form entries on any server. When you press "Send enquiry on WhatsApp", your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you tap send.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Photos and a map are loaded from third-party services (Pexels and Google Maps), which may record technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.

Consent and your rights

By contacting us you consent to us using your details for your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time, and you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to nominate another person to exercise these rights, and to seek grievance redressal.

Who receives your data

Your messages reach us through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) or your phone network. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to quote for and deliver your function, and for any records required by law.
